I'm fit enough I guess Just washed the car and had a gas to the landlady who I rarely see. About to have lunch before attending to the cat business of the day.

I think it will be a cheese and tomato sarnie. What's yours?

Fish pie at the festival. It also was vile. I should have known it wouldn't be anything like mine

Bought loads of reduced plants..dunno if they'll survive the winter..hope so. Been to docs, got a three-month window...........hope me diet will have some effect and save me

Mini twass is now here and in the shower, washing London off. Spicy salmon, new pots, broccoli and peas coming up

Dunno......are you having the whole place done?......one window took me SiLaw a day to install....don't know if that helps?

Watch BBC2 now hoots! Trust me I'm a Doctor. Apple Cider Vinegar is being investigated and apparently the trial they did proved it does lower blood sugars. Also a DS poster is one of the peeps doing the trial!

Back in the day Mr Twass and I had a whole house double glazed in about a week....bit of a cowboy outfit though.......

Dark Lidl chocolate anyone?

I know it is possible, my cousin has managed it, lost several stone and made dietary changes and is controlling it with no medication.

Been using it for the last few months........only recently more or less completely changed
my diet though

Hoots has tried just about e verything.....wheat grass tastes vile....but itakes a mix from .Bio glan wheat grass, barley grass, spirollina, kale and lots more not so delicious stuff

Kombucha is good stuff, helped me when I had the cancer.

Have dragged the very ancient exercise bike out tonight and will be pedaling furiously from now on

Do you reckon me efforts could get me to Blackpool by the end of the month?



Must be autumn on the way both the cats are in........and on me bed.....
