Trying to stop myself snacking on crisps. Why are crisps so addictive?

I'm sure if I had any they would. My garden borders are nicely recovering from the absence of Boo, neighbour's moggy, now they've moved away.....my garden is no longer a gigantic cat toilet!

Dark old morning today....I thought it was still night when it was 6am

What do you check first in the morning....the news, your emails or DS?
