Dix
23-09-2016
Yes, I can be very lively when the occasion arises

Are you a night or day person?
silentNate

Day. Still completely in the summer clothing here and the summer duvet on the bed. It was as mild as a June afternoon here yesterday for most of the day.....

Will you need to buy new boots or shoes this winter?
farmer bob

Yet Another Hierarchically Organized Oracle

Are paperless tickets the best way of fighting touts??
twassington
23-09-2016
I guess so, years back I got tickets for a small festival via tixmob....you had to show something on your phone. I only had a very basic phone at the time but it still worked. It would cut out the middle man

It's SO HOT in Kent it feels like a July day! Mini t has been sunbathing in a bikini. Tis boiling!!!

Scrambled egg on toast or egg mayo sandwich?
silentNate
23-09-2016

I use Vanish

Ever try it??
twassington
23-09-2016
I have in the past, it is quite good!

Just had the bestest fish n chips from the mobile van in the village. How they do the most gourmet style F&C from a small mobile unit is beyond me. Never tasted anything as good! We now have whopping food babies on

Why is there NEVER anything decent on the tellybox???
silentNate
23-09-2016
Erm... have you watched National Treasure yet??

How often do you use Catch Up services??
twassington
23-09-2016
Not often.....and yes, we did watch that. There are a very few decent things to watch on TV but by and large, it's utter shite.

So....Robbie Coltrane's character.....do you reckon he's guilty or innocent based on what we've seen thus far?
StrictlyEastend
23-09-2016
I don't know who he is.

Do you watch Strictly Come Dancing?
twassington
23-09-2016
Sorry, no....never!!

I do watch Gogglebox though! Do you?
silentNate
23-09-2016
I've watched it a couple of times, like an unscripted Royal Family iirc

Did you see the posh couple when they did Four In A Bed or when they met Nigel Fromage??
twassington
23-09-2016
I did, they're actually very funny to watch. Half cut all the time and so ridiculously powsh!

Who's the most entertaining person on Gogglebox??
silentNate
23-09-2016
Probably best someone-else answers that

Your thoughts on the most entertaining Goggleboxer are??
twassington
23-09-2016
The daughter of the Northern family who wears far too much fake tan and laughs like a hyena on crack

What's your fave bedtime drinkie?
tanstaafl
23-09-2016
A glass of cloudy, sugar-free lemonade.

And to accompany your bedtime drink . . . ?
silentNate
24-09-2016
Rum & a large inhalation of my special e-liquid via vaporiser

You??
twassington
24-09-2016
Nothing....just a bedtime drinkie

I dreamed I was given a cut glass crystal antique goblet full of some sort of heavy amber liqueur....and when I tried to drink it my glass began to crumble away. I knew this glass was valuable and yet I had done nothing to cause it to break.....what would a dream like this mean?
silentNate

It means you fear losing friendships that are important to you... I would bake cakes and scones for all your friends and treat them lest they get the hump

With scones is it cream then jam or jam then cream??
twassington
24-09-2016
Cream then jam. Treat my friends you say??

Spent another fabulous day by the coast, this time at Whitstable. Glorious weather, found a great little backstreet cafe selling gluten free cakes and all manner of home made goodies with it's own private garden, and sat on the sea front watching the world go by. After rinsing the charity shops thoroughly of course

What have you done with today?
Gregg-Pieman9
24-09-2016

Does that make me lazy
