Just made and scoffed a very nice Peshwari vegetable curry with broccoli, mange tout, courgettes, red peppers and red onions. What's your dinner tonight?

Beautiful South. Flag Day is such a great song that it almost pushes me to go for The Housemartins and it was a tough decision to make

My father appeared on his The Late, Late Breakfast Show on Xmas Day as he was working for a charity over in Africa. You had to look quickly to see him but his knee was on camera for a while! It was all I saw of him that year iirc. Still have the sweatshirt he got me

Erm.. took a train to Swindon earlier this year and have used the Overground getting through Norf London
