I do now!

What percentage of DS posters do you consider might have, or have had, mental health issues at some point or other?

Quite a few

Do you say to someone with depression smile it may never happen, or things along them lines. I have it said to me quite often

No, never as I've lived with people with mental health issues. There are few folks lucky enough never to have struggled with their mental health at some point.

Do you believe putting conkers in the corners of your rooms deters spiders? Did that a few days ago and not seen a whopper sneaking across the carpet or up the wall since!

It only works if the spider has read it on the Internet.

Did you know that chestnuts helped the WWI war effort? Used in making acetone, IIRC.

Harold Wilson telling us about the "white heat of technology" (or I may have read it in a newspaper.)

What should I have been bothered making the effort to watch?

Surely we knew they'd use it as a good excuse to raise prices??

Went out earlier and was greeted by literally thousands of honey bees...THOUSANDS. They are not meant to swarm in October. I think this is the colony in my chimney and they didn't like me lighting the fire at the weekend.......apparently bee activity like this in the Autumn usually means they are absconding their nest....and that means they won't survive the winter However I have to light the fire or I will freeze to death

Not unless you are prepared to fork out £1 each one

I gave a homeless man £1.50 today as it was all the change I had, and he'd asked me for some change....then he asked me for a fiver Sign of the times?

Not at all....he took me by surprise, approached me in Asda car park I was on my way to the cash machine. Fortunately he didn't follow me to it. I refused to give any more as I literally had no more change in my purse than that. Besides I can't afford to give fivers away willy nilly!

Who's a bigger sleazeball, Trump or Bill Clinton?

Trump comes across as MUCH worse. America would be better off without either of the leading candidates. Any hope for a last ditch replacement??
