I try to mend, these days things aren't made to last however

Depends on the jacket and whether it is in the sale or not, but £10-£40 could secure one in there. Unless you can mend things yourself it's pointless getting a tailor or dry cleaners to do mends, cos they do cost an arm and leg.

Lidl dark 70% Ecuadorian chocolate is the best on the planet imho
![]() I love trifle AND rice pudding. I heat mince pies in the oven, cos I likes the pastry crisp! I got some half price today as the sell by was tomorrow. Who on earth makes mince pies to go out of date a whole month before Yule???

I very much doubt it. I did see Marmite at only £2.35 a large jar in Lidl but I have three pots in at the moment
