Never. I've not watched it in several seasons but it was going downhill from the second series onwards

Well, it's a new dawn, it's a new day!!!! How are you feelin'?

None, but I've made two. My old neighbour is over doing the garden! I'm plying him with coffees, cake, a tot of mead.......

I've had Yorkshire tea and Rosehip tea. It's time for another one. A large casserole is in the oven to have a long slow comfortable stew. Cat work is minimal today, hoorah!

How often do you clean your house?

No, if no visitors maybe twice a week. Visitors means laundry I had mini twass last weekend and my pal this weekend. And mini t nicks my clothes to wear while here as well So the washing mounts up. On the rare occasions a week passes with no one staying I saves a fortune on lecky bills

Just made a big mug of mocha What's your fave hot winter drink?

Many times! Lovely with a bit of salt and black pepper

Ever done some on an open fire with a dog grate, in a tin under the grate and have one explode sending sparks all over your hearthrug??

Haven't had an open fire for many years but can remember many happy times around it

Would you rather have an open fire or central heating?

The fire every time. I don't like central heating. My cottage has it, but it only goes on when visitors come because they're not used to the cold like I am. I have a woodburner fire which gets lit around 5pm cos that's when I sits whereas during the day I am up and down like a yoyo [or I'd freeze ].

I only have a few logs left for tonight though Thank goodness the wood man cometh in the morning Which would you choose to burn, logs or coal?

Yes, only from fallen wood but I get a fair bit of that around here. I have three axes The little one is in my profile pic destroying a Whiff Pilchard CD

I can hear the sounds of my neighbour chopping wood right now! What can you hear?

Prefer shopping in town as you can see if clothes for example fit you.

A local one was to be partially sold off, but thanks to a petition, that was prevented

A lot of the small woodlands surrounding me are owned by farmers, who do harvest the wood, but within a few years it returns as they manage it well. The ancient woodlands remain untouched so far ......

Would you enter a field with cows and their calves?

Occasionally when doing a circular walk it is practically unavoidable, except going back. It can be quite worrying but never actually been injured YET.

Have you ever been bitten by a horse?
