Well, my friend and I saw off a huge brunch of scrambled eggs on toast with bacon and grilled tomatoes followed by toast and spreads at around 11am, so I reckon that's the dinner of the day. It will likely be marmite on toast later and perhaps some fruit cake. That'll do!

What be you a having??

13-11-2016
I'm not fond of washing up, but have never had a dishwasher so it has to be done. Rotten chore I try not to let it build up.

Are you looking forward to the second Planet Earth tonight?
hooter
13-11-2016
nope..not after last week...sheesh!

Got the dishwasher for nowt cors friend had new posh one......it`s been handy over the last few years cors as you knows I aint been well, but it do come awful hard having to wash up by hand again..not letting it build up and hopefully me son can fix it........if not the part is gonna be £120..so might be washing up for some time ahead

Wanna apple orf me tree...? You`ll have to be quick cors the blackbirds are eating em up real quick
twassington
13-11-2016
Yes please, I've had all the edible ones off mine.

Dishwashers use too much water and lecky but I agree, necessary when you are not well. Hopefully it can be sorted

Do you own a tumble dryer? Summat else I don't have.
EStaffs90
13-11-2016
Technically no, as we have a combination washing machine/tumble dryer.

Can you believe that it's Christmas Day in six weeks?
hooter
13-11-2016
really.........city center was virtually deserted today.

do you reckon peeps are short of money?
Rogana Josh
13-11-2016
Lots of people uncertain about jobs etc. will affect the shopping. It didn't affect it here yesterday, at a large shopping centre near us there were coachloads of people in from all over the country.

Can you be bothered with Christmas shopping?
EStaffs90
13-11-2016
I'm not really that fussed about it this year - I'm going away, so all I need to worry about is buying presents.

Did you know that Robert Downey Jr was given a one-day suspension from school for tearing up a classmate's Iron Man comic?
Rogana Josh
13-11-2016
Sound like he was a typical boy.

Did you ever get into any mischief at school when you were young?
