Saw it mixed emotions tonight.

twassington
16-11-2016
Yes, although renting currently and not allowed any

I confess to having blubbered over the poor wee dog, Piggy But it is an amazing programme and Noel Fitzpatrick is my hero of all time What a man!

Who is your hero?
Rogana Josh
16-11-2016
Don't really have one admire a few people but Noel is well up there and I think he will become a pioneer of surgery as he wants human surgeons to benefit from his expertise. The man's a saint

People or animals for friends?
twassington
16-11-2016
Animals first. Although I do have some fabulous friends

Which would you choose?
silentNate
16-11-2016
Animals

twassington
16-11-2016
Birds. Owls in particular

silentNate
16-11-2016

silentNate
16-11-2016
Erm... no!

Who do you think has more posts, hoppyuppy or Rogana??
hooter
17-11-2016
Dunno....

Do you?
twassington
17-11-2016
Guessing......Rogana? Presumably you meant in here?

How many years have the DS forums been running?
Gregg-Pieman9
17-11-2016
Google can help you answer that

Is it raining with you at the moment
twassington
17-11-2016
No, it's a bright morning so far.

What breakfast cereal did you love as a child but not like now? I loved coco pops back then and very rarely got any. Recently tasted my granddaughter's bowlful....ACK!
silentNate
17-11-2016
I still love Coco Pops Corn Flakes seem to taste different these days!

The forums have been running since 2000, the DS wiki is quite interesting in that I never knew the owners also owned Hatchette!

Croissant??
twassington
17-11-2016
Yes please! Do you butter your croissants or is that over egging the pudding so to speak?
silentNate
17-11-2016
Salty butter!

Am I wrong??
twassington
17-11-2016
Sadly not, which is why my waistline never decreases

I have some garlic Lurpak. Ever tried that? This will be my first time
silentNate
17-11-2016
Never tried it, I presume is is used to make quick garlic bread at home??
twassington
17-11-2016
I guess so, I got it for quick garlic toast to accompany soup. For when rubbing your toast with a cut clove of garlic then buttering it is just too much hard work

Pea soup or lentil soup?
Rogana Josh
17-11-2016
Spoiler
Love garlic Lurpak
Lentil soup, but like both.

Toast or croissant?
tanstaafl
17-11-2016
Croissant, preferably warm so that the butter oozes deliciously. <Fades away into oozing croissant fantasy>

Filling, eg cheese, in the croissant?
Rogana Josh
17-11-2016
Maybe some jam or cheese

Brown or white bread?
silentNate
17-11-2016
I prefer brown but I'm not sure my stomach agrees

Last time you watched a football match??
twassington
17-11-2016
So long ago I can't remember!!

Just watched an ancient old war film called A Canterbury Tale, after my neighbour said he'd watched it and saw they'd filmed the farm where I live, the farmhouse, the lanes and fields around it, also the local villages and Canterbury itself in the war, bombed to buggery! I say watched the film...I shamelessly flicked through since it wasn't very good. Interesting to see the local area in the forties though.

When did you last watch a black and white film?
silentNate
17-11-2016
A long time ago

Do you like the Marx Brothers??
