Yes, for sure!

Interesting to watch Back in Time, but also shocking to see how unwelcome a lot of the West Indian families were made to feel by the white population

There are so many lower income families in need of social housing that I thought it only fair people on high salaries should pay more in council rents myself. Or be asked to move out of it entirely. Folk might struggle in London on a private rent even on those salaries I guess....but if there was a transitional benefit available to help them adjust, it might work....

Your thoughts?

I think by only having unemployed, old or sick/disabled people in social housing you effectively produce ghettos and make it harder for people to find work because of stigma around their address

What's for dinner??

I'm off to the local Labour fundraising pub quiz, we get fish & chip suppers as part of it

If the tickets are only £7.50 and the f&c is included, how much goes to raise funds?
