Never, only owned cheapo ones back in the day. I do have a purple one in the drawer that Splint got me but never wear it.

Do you like eating mussels?
Rogana Josh
06-01-2017
I like mussels, but not too many, twass.

Do you like seafood?
twassington
06-01-2017
Yes, I love all seafood! My dad was allergic to it.......is there any food you are allergic to?
silentNate

Dairy products & mushrooms upset my delicate stomach but I have no allergies to food

Do you??
twassington
06-01-2017
No, fortunately.

I've just been trying to steal some of Stoatie's Bagpi.

Do you know of what I speak?
Rogana Josh
06-01-2017
Bagpipes?

Or is it pussy food?
twassington
06-01-2017
No, it's the plural of Bagpuss

Do you like toy pink and white cats?
tanstaafl

I must admit that I don't like toy cats, I definitely don't like pink cats and I'm not really into white cats. Actually, I'm not particularly fond of cats, full stop.

Why do cat lovers get all uptight when you make the perfectly reasonable point that cats are bird killers?
Rogana Josh

Maybe because the cats are killing for food?

Would you like to train a cat not to kill?
silentNate
Yesterday, 01:38
Dunno, the real issue is that pigeons have overtaken more interesting breeds of bird and taken over their habitat

Will a tube strike be avoided??
StrictlyEastend
Yesterday, 06:49
Probably not.

Should the Railways be nationalised?
twassington
Yesterday, 08:01
I think so, yes. On the continent rail fares make up much lower percentages of the average wage than they do here. We need to sort that out!!!

Do you use rail fare discount sites when looking to book train tickets in advance?
hooter
Yesterday, 09:09
If I was going by rail,. Yes!

Is it dismal and dank where you live?
twassington
Yesterday, 09:13
Yes but at least it's a tad warmer hoots!

Any plans for the weekend?
silentNate
Yesterday, 11:59
Catching up with sleep

You??
twassington
Yesterday, 12:06
It's too wet to garden so household chores I guess. Things that are not done often, like filing of paperworks and clearing out old cupboards. I might make a boiled fruit cake!

I have a whole box of wallflowers to plant out but everywhere's wet and muddy Will you need to food shop? Luckily I can escape that having just been to the farm shop for fresh veg
silentNate
Yesterday, 13:13
Need to pop out for eggs & beer but that's it

Have we had the year's funniest story already??
twassington
Yesterday, 14:11
That is hilarious!! All power to the Elves

Do you like a boiled egg soft and runny, medium firm or hard?
Marispiper
Yesterday, 14:21
Runny and poured out onto the buttered toast. But oh for one that's real orangey yellow and with taste!

Where can I get one of those?
Rogana Josh
Yesterday, 14:23
White hard yolk runny 😉 thanks, reads.

Do you like parties? Been invited to one tonight by in law's can't be bothered but have to keep the peace.
twassington
Yesterday, 14:31
I do like parties, but not family ones

Maris, I can get those sort of eggs locally either at the farm shop, the farmer's market of in spring and summer many local folk sell their excess at the gate. The joys of rural life!!

How many eggs? One, two or three?
silentNate
Yesterday, 14:57
Just two, I don't want to get egg-bound

Went to Iceland looking for a cheap Young's Admiral Pie for a snack but the only fish pies they had were posh ones with smoked mackerel and king prawns

Is Iceland going posh or are our tastes changing??
twassington
Yesterday, 15:07
There's a lot more posh food on offer in there than there was, for sure. They sell ready spiralized veggies!!!! And all manner of exotic fish and meats. Sometimes I think I've wandered into the frozen section of Waitrose

Their pizzas are second to none though. Only £1.50 for a stonebaked veggie one with tons of veg!

Do you add extra cheese to frozen pizzas?
silentNate
Yesterday, 15:38
Of course

Do you ever buy mozzarella balls??
twassington
Yesterday, 15:40
I do! Do you like tricolore salad? Avocado, mozzarella and tomato!
