Oh go on then, spoil me

Glorious day here and warming up considerably. Odd to think it is nearly December.

Has this year gone very fast for you?

No idea, it won't go on til laters.

I just made a dish of guacamole and scoffed most of it on toast.....now my lips are burning from the chilli! Fancy some?
silentNate

Definitely.

Just polished off some croissants though, do you like them cold or hot with lashings of butter??

Warm no butter.

Ever baked any?
silentNate
28-11-2015
Nope, used to get frozen ones from the farmer's market that needed to be proofed but never made my own

Do you bake a lot??
twassington
28-11-2015
Not that often, only when there are cat fundraisers....never made croissants from scratch or even baked the frozen ones. Iceland sell them ready to bake.

Anyone ever tried their brand?

Seems weird. Are you ripping the piss?

No never tried them. Cuisine de france etc. They are pretty much all the same. I have made puff pastry from scratch though.

Do you make your own Christmas pudding?
LabhaoiseNiMhao

If you're taking the piss you can piss off twassy! This is not the thread for taking the piss out of cat fundraisers!

Actually I work for Cats Protection, Lab. Which is why I bake a lot of cakes for our fundraisers

No, I don't make my own Christmas pudding...not a great fan of it, too heavy.

Ever taken an anger management class?
silentNate

I like Xmas Pudding

With custard or brandy butter??
twassington
28-11-2015
Brandy butter, because that is fabulous on a warm mince pie!

Do you make home made mince pies or buy 'em?

When I am good I am very very nice but when I bad I am horrid! (That's totally true actually)

Will you get a selection box?
ChoccyCarole
28-11-2015
I won't buy myself one - but I may be given one

Every time I am in the supermarkets I always see many people buying at least a couple
of the round choccy selections

The whole day here has looked almost like it is dusk
---- and now it is about to go completely dark
and is very loudly rainy AGAIN !!!!

What weather have you had today ?
Gregg-Pieman9
28-11-2015
Same as you

Have you bought a lottery ticket for tonight
silentNate
28-11-2015
Yes

Selection box - Probably a Thorntons one

Will you be putting pressies under a tree??
twassington
28-11-2015
Yes, once wrapped under the tree they go!

Have you done any present shopping yet?
Gregg-Pieman9
28-11-2015
Yes

Do you find it much easier giving money or gift vouchers as presents
twassington
28-11-2015
It is easier but it's a bit of a cop out. I always like to find quirky unusual presents, often not costing much, to go with a money present.

However, me kids basically want loot so that's what they will get along with a quirky gift or two!!

What's the weirdest present you've ever received?
