Surprisingly enough, no.

Went out in a thin dress, jeans and me parka and was too hot. It's glorious out there! The OLD peeps by which I means grey hair, wrinkles, etc were wrapped up like eskimos.

I got chestnuts. Who likes roasted chestnuts?

I may have had some roasted chestnuts years ago - I am sure I like them as I love eating *almost* everything

We had fabulous bright warm sunshine today up until Noon
The sun is now still getting through the increasing clouds and windiness

I have 2 very large green recycled plastic compost bins at the side of the house
The nearest one is already full to the brim
and the lesser used one is now recently beginning to fill up too

In the kitchen - I have an empty fat ball tupperware looking deep circular container
as well as a lidded / deep steel bowl
---- Which always gets used daiIy - for the ** tossage** of all suitable things

I have heard that you are not supposed to put potato peelings - or diseased plants into a compost bin

Did you know this ??

Not sure - guessing that it will turn it all into a pile of new potatoes and take up all the nurtients

I Always add any salad veg - that I think I will not eat >>>>>>>> Before it Spoils
into a wokky and make it into a glorious veggie combo or into a soup or casserole etc etc

2 days ago I began a Wokky Combo starting with 8 x Bargain [ 19p ] bags of Prepared Iceberg lettuce -
about 800g worth <

I am STILL enjoying this ongoing mega assorted veggie - spicy delightfully delicious soupy combo [ All the ingredients I have added are listed in the food thread ]
Just had a big bowl now -adding more white pepper
then covered it all in a Thick layer of snipped fresh yummy Parsley
[ Last night > The 70g bunch Was 95p - I paid just 9p ]

Have you ever used your bagged up / & all salad items > in this way ??

See Below in My post in the "What are you eating at the moment ? " thread
Or the " What did you eat today thread " - Both over in the **Food Section**
And >>>>>>> MAYBE ADD YOUR MEALS there too
Spoiler

I have to say I've never tried cooking lettuce or other salad veggies apart from spinach. I guess it wilts right down like spinach does, but would obviously make a soupy mulch with other veg. Next time I have elderly lettuce wanting using I will try that!

I eat such bizarre combinations sometimes I would be ashamed to put them in the Food n Veg bit in case anyone thought I was a weirdo...................

Are you a normal or a weird eater?

I like Bananas and Custard, not so keen on banana custard, but it's ok.

Come on Nate, you haven't had a guess yet. The other guesses are wrong and it's not anyone as famous as the two mentioned, they have only been around recently and very very strange! I will look in again later to tell you the answer.

Those who have already guessed can have another go at who was it?

Nope - it's strangely warm (for a December night, anyway) around here.

How much Christmas shopping have you yet to do?
