It was AWFUL....Unnecessary.... didn't like it one bit .
Pro dances are the highlights of the sunday show for me but no I just didn't like the choreography.

It was okay, but the way they were bigging it up, I expected more.

I thought it was a mess. I like Christopher Scott, but I have no clue why they've brought in a hip hop choreographer who works best with professional hip hop dancers to choreograph a bunch of watered down mishmash pop dancing for ballroom dancers.

AWFUL!

A total mess, and the worst pro dance that I have seen since I started watching Strictly.

No shape. No flow.
Awful.

Awful. The pro dances are hugely disappointing nowadays. They used to be my favourite part of the show, now I mostly cringe all the way through them.

This week's wasn't as dire as Mary Berry popping out of a cake at the world's weirdest stag do, but it wasn't much better.

Totally agree with you! Thinks it's since so many of the pros have come from BTF that they now have these dances which are now pretty much all over the palce!

Loved the 80s music and outfits. Not so much the arrangement of the routine though

Just remembered the bit where the female pros waved some trays around. WTF was THAT?!

I agree, it was a bit all over the place. Note that the two longest-serving (and presumably wiser) males both had background roles in this debacle.

It's not like Anton could have done anything else.

You mean you didn't want to see Anton rip off his shirt and gyrate on a pool table?

I enjoyed it as I always enjoy their dancing but it's probably the worst one ever.

The shirt-ripping by Aljaz & Gleb was the only bright spark in this entire routine.

It was poor - I kept expecting something more than it was, but it was such a waste of their talents. It was like watching a bad dance troupe.

I thought Brendan made a good cocktail waiter but that is hardly putting his talents to their best use.

I didn't like it much. The props just got in the way of the routine and limited what they could do.

Coming after last week's pro dance for movie week which was excellent it was a big disappointment

Over the last few years I have learned to have very low expectations of the group dances, although I do always hope that I'll be pleasantly surprised. But I thought this weeks was a new low. What is wrong with actually having some high quality latin or ballroom dancing on what is ostensibly a latin and ballroom dancing show? Or at least something that demonstrates a connection between partners. This was a complete waste of all of their talents - any reasonably competent dancer could jig about a bit, run around a table, roll across said table and wave some plates and pool cues about. A couple of them did seem to be somewhat embarrassed by it all, which is unsurprising.
