Looking forward to this. I've only ever bought one other studio album by Carrie and that was "Blown Away" but it was the UK bonus edition with some of the singles from her previous albums.

I'll be seeing her at Country 2 Country next year and I am so excited.

She has a wonderful voice.

Some tracks have already been released and they are extremely good - "Smoke Break" and "Heartbeat"

Yes, I have liked a lot of stuff from her previous albums and seen her live (she was amazing!) but the new stuff isn't grabbing me in the same way... Maybe they are growers... although Smoke break doesn't seem to be!

I'm hoping to see her at C2C next year, Smoke break is actually my favorite out of the lot so far i've found the other stuff very bland tbh.

Loving all the songs that have been released so far. Heartbeat has catapulted it's way to one of my favourite Carrie songs ever.

Anyone else woken up to find their download in their music? I've just started listening to it. Just found Little Girl Don't Grow Up Too Fast which I thought was an album track but it's on the Target exclusive edition.

I'm only two tracks in but I'm enjoying it so far.

Just looked on iTunes, and the album is at #17! Was not expecting it to be doing that well!

I only got to listen to a few tracks this morning on the way to work - Clock Don't Stop, Relapse, Mexico, and The Girl You Think I Am. Mexico was giving me Before He Cheats vibes, and The Girl You Think I Am was so, so good.

I've had an email to tell me that my album will arrive today! I'm excited now, just hope that it will arrive. Not always the case, sadly.

Hurry up postman!

Up to #14. How awesome if she could get a top ten album over here?! Blown Away almost made it, but peaked at #11.

^ a top ten album would be great. I'd imagine that the sales will pick up closer to Country 2 Country as she's headlining.

My copy just arrived. It didn't arrive with the rest of the post so I thought that I'd have to wait until tomorrow.

Also, my copy of "Tornado" by Little Big Town arrived too.

Got stuck in some major traffic on the way home from work today (my workplace is only 15 mins away from my house but it took over an hour to get home!) so it gave me some time to listen to "Storyteller" properly. I REALLY like this album.

Switched over to radio 2 and she was being interviewed

Relapse reminds me a lot of Addicted by Kelly Clarkson.

The first (I believe) performance of "Choctaw County Affair"

Performance of "Smoke Break" on Ellen.

Me too

Relapse reminds me a lot of Addicted by Kelly Clarkson.
In sound or theme? I'd need to listen to them back to back to compare. I do like "Relapse" though. "Chaser" is a new favourite.

Both, which isn't a bad thing. The "I ain't hung up on you, I ain't in love with you..." section on Relapse is so similar to the "I'm hooked on you, I need a fix, I can't take it..." section on Addicted.

Yeah I get that, I suppose. I've been trying to work out what song "Relapse" reminds me of and it might be that one
