Can't remember his name, however when he made a referrence to that chap who's with Kate Moss,

"Higher than a high person .......in a hot air balloon......on stilts"

Now that's classic.

I really didn't like him on HK1, but this series he's pulled it out of the bag, he never fails to make me laugh, he's got such a dry wit!

Got to say that if it wasn't for Angus's bits inbetween the clips it would be one hell of a boring show. He bloody hilarious this series. I think the show as a whole is nowhere near as it was when Gordon Ramsey was in it with Z list celebs. No doubt at the end of this we'll get some new Z list celeb chefs.

So you predict everything he says do you? It's the way he phases things which is funny, yes you can predict what he's going to joke about but they way he does it is where his talent lies.

well, mm, no i cant predict everything he says but his jokes are so obvious.

I just dont like his style, i find it tedious. Like he is cracking lil one liners whilst reding the scores for have i got news for you.

Angus rocks. So sick of tame, middle of the road, pc comedians.

We are a national of free speech i believe. if you feel that strongly, switch off and put your teletubbies videos on.

Easy now cheeky cow!!

Just because I dont find Angus Deayton entertaining in the slightest doesnt mean to say you have to start!

And i can think of a hell of a lot more controversial comedians than him!

I loved his "fillet a minion" comment/pun in this evening's show.

It's the little things that make me smile.

Angus 'I bet you can't tell I'm reading off an auto-cue' Deayton is crap. What's wrong with you people? His delivery is appauling and his jokes are crap. He might be able to get away with it on HIGNFY but him standing in front of the camera with no visual aids/captions to help out his jibes doesn't work IMO.

you either enjoy sarcasm and dry wit or you dont, and that is were people on this thread are divided. I myself love sarcasm and would be lost without it, didnt like angus last series but this series hes actually been quite amusing. suprises all round.
