I bought all the Now That's What I Call Music CDs from now 48-75. Now 50 was the first one I got as a Christmas present. I got now 48 and 49 together from Virgin Megastores. I managed to find nearly every one from now 1-47 in places like Cash Converters, CEX and Charity Shops. I stopped buying them in 2010 although I got now 82 in 2012 when there was a lot of music in the charts I liked at the time. Now they have an app on the tablet which lets you listen to them all. I bet someone will come on here saying that they bought now 1 in 1983 and that was it.

I bought my sister now 1 in 1983 and have never bought a new one since. Mainly because they are always too middle of the road for me.
Have you got Now 4 on cd OP?

I'm trying to think, the last one I must have gotten was around 2006? And I never bought them, my parents just bought them for me so I had something to listen to. I think in total I only had around 4 or 5 of them, the last one being now 65 maybe?

Never bought one apart from Now: The Christmas Album. Someone did give me a free copy of Now 77 (which only had disc 2 on it) and I downloaded random songs from some of them online.

Buying the now cd's used to be such a thrill. Started with now 41 and stopped buying them around the late 60's. Ah childhood

I bought one, I think it was 2013, because my sister convinced me. She borrowed it and I never asked for it back because I wasn't even that bothered. I think the last time I bought one before that [and when I actually wanted it] was 2003/2004.

Nowadays I don't see the point in them when over half the songs on them I don't even like and now you can just download songs on your iPod without shelling out £8.99 or whatever it is now

Stopped buying them a decade ago, I regularly bought them as a teenager in the early-mid 00s. I got one for Christmas a few years ago though which was alright but I had most of the songs on my iPod anyway.

I used to buy them regularly throughout the 00's, I think the last one I have is 70 something.

I had No. 1 & 3 on vinyl from car boot sales & No.17 & 19 on vinyl too. (that I bought from shops obviously). Still have them tucked away somewhere.

So I quit Now! a long time ago obviously.

Now 91 I stopped at, but only until Now 92 comes out.

My first was Now 22 on CD, 1992 was a great year the variety of music in the charts, and although 2015 doesn't seem like that anymore, there's always a few you will like. I actually thought years such as 1996 and 2002 were pretty weak, 2002 was a weak period for the NOWs as well because the rival Hits series seemed to get the best hits at the time.

Me too. The only tunes I ever played on it were Chime and Everything Starts With An 'E'.
