It's just £15/month as per the BT website - https://www.productsandservices.bt.c...s/tv-packages/

Yes there is a £44 charge for the Installation of the new box according to BT's website when you look at the Checkout page, it does not say anything about a new box charge for existing customers and the Monthly fee is £15 though like what you said

As ResidentSD said, the answer to your question is "no". £15 is the total monthly subscription for the first year; £20 after that. It includes BT Sport in HD as well as the UHD channel, and channels such as Discovery & Nat Geo in HD as well.

I said "such as"... it was just to make the point that he won't have to pay extra for the HD versions of channels included in the package.

Why do i need an engineer? I have a bt you view box, is it not just a case of fitting the new box in place of the old one, they both look pretty much the same. Why pay £44 to fit 4 simple cables
