Isn't it nice that so far no one has come up with a nasty comment about him?

Nice to know there's plenty of love for Jeremy

Elvis Costello is his favourite singer (along with the smiths) so dancing to She the weekend should be quite good for him! Hope he lasts a few weeks yet and glad the opinion seems unanimous with lots of other FMs

Jeremy is in my little group of favourites , lovely guy all round .I saw a screen shot of a mag column that he does and he told a nice story about about overhearing a conversation between peter and a runner .
I have my fingers crossed for them both this week .

Occasionally I hear the Jeremy Vine show on Radio 2. He doesn't suffer fools gladly but, if interviewing a person who is a bit nervous, he displays a gentleness of spirit. I am delighted that he has so much support and really hope he has many more weeks in the show.

When he took over from Jimmy Young it was like a breath of fresh air and all the old bigots who used to phone in had left with JY. Jeremy has a different approach which let's everybody have their say, unlike JY who seemed to me to be supporting the right wing view. I used to get so annoyed sometimes, I'd have to turn the radio off.

He's really nice so I was quite shocked to see Judith Keppel snapping at him recently on Eggheads for his quoting how often she had won/lost on a certain subject . It's something he does with them all, quote statistics and tease them about it , but she took offense and was less than happy at him shining a light on her vulnerable subject .
Then blow me if she didn't bring it up again a show or two later , digging at him .
Honestly it was like watching a fluffy bunny being savaged . Nasty woman .

I hope they put jeremy in tails for his dance . That might help make his legs look less overly long and gangly .

They showed his outfit on ITT today, and it looked like tails to me, in grey.

YAY ! I meant to add 'preferably pearl grey' . For some reason that colour in tails looks so suave and dreamy . Much less harsh and formal than black for a romantic dance .
