Alright. Thank you for filling me in
I was thinking maybe Tegan gave her child up Diane took her on and now Tegan wanted her back, idk, I wasn't really understanding the storyline with them.

Ben only came in about 2002 really and never really had anything big to do apart from an affair SL and Max Farnham thinking he'd slept with Jacqui.

I love Hollyoaks! I tried watching it ages ago but found it to be too young for me but about a year ago (or something like that) I started watching it and I'm hooked. I don't mind that it's a bit far fetched as it's good fun to watch. If I miss any I always try to catch up. I love nearly all the characters. If you're much younger than me you might enjoy the topless young men

It really depends on what you look for in a TV show.

I'd say yes if you're looking for big, heightened scenes and drama with great production values, use of music and occasional flashes of genius. Also if you love issue-based storylines than you're in for a treat.

I'd say no if you if you'd be bothered by a lack of continuity, disregard for the history of the show (and its long-term viewers), and characters changing personalities depending on the storyline, as well as not getting attached to characters as they're likely to either die or become utterly wretched and selfish, again depending on the storyline.

It is on fairly good form at the moment (I've been watching a bit more regularly these last couple of weeks), but it's still a pretty frustrating experience compared to what it used to be like.

does the show really go fron dranatic disasters, to dross. Always loved Brookside, snd what I have seen from Hollyoaks always thought it was from the same mould”

No its rubbish and after Patrick leaves in January i'll be switching off fo good.

Alex didn't join Hollyoaks until 7 years after Brookside's cancellation and she is playing a different character.

One of the Musgroves from Brookside did go into Hollyoaks playing their Brookside character.

I think he left years ago. I also feel he has lost his Midas touch. Remember he got involved with Brookside again, after a break, in 2002 and his idea of a revamp and getting the show back to its roots was to drop a helicopter on the petrol station.
