Sugar only wants aggressive bullies

Seems any decent, non aggressive person doesn't stand a chance in Sugar's world .

Oh, sure. I remember what aggressive bullies Tom, Ricky and Leah were in their respective year.

Don't forget Tim Campbell.

I don't think that's true. You do need to be a bit extroverted to be willing to display yourself in that way, but that doesn't necessarily equate to nasty.

To be honest, I think the only winners that DID even vaguely qualify as "aggressive bullies" were Lee and Mark, and even then they were nowhere near the worst from their respective years in that regard.

I like Vana. Made mistakes of course but is very attractive. Jenny was a dull bore

Sugar is no longer a creditable business leader . He has become another tv producer .

Vana should have been fired for her appalling dictatorial style and losing the team all that money .

Would be easy to just fire the female PM each week

Though I do love the irony that Vana is the hate figure, while the forum's favourite Charleine is sitting firmly in her camp

Think that Vana either gets a redemption arc (think she will suit mixed teams much better) or that she gets fired in the next few tasks.

The next two women who will be fired (based on the edit) are April and Natalie surely.

And don't forget that we still need a few double firings this year.

I like Charleine, I don't exactly like Vana. I choose my favourites based on what I see from each individual, regardless of how well they get on with one another.

I don't know where this Leah revisionist history has come from, in the Dubai challenge I remember her being rather abrasive with the team, and of course no Arab had a clue how to understand her accent yet she continued on anyway.

I do think "standing up for yourself" is the same as "mouthy and aggressive" in Sugar's world.

Hmm, I see your point, but I still don't think she was exactly aggressive. Admittedly that and the following one where she was PM were her weakest tasks, but other than that I think she was polite and professional right the way through.

Tom Pellereau (the inventor) was hardly a bully. He does like a strong personality.
