quick q!- I am on a 24 month contract with o2 and my handset is an HTC one M8 through carphone warehouse. I am only eleven months in and the battery is basically on its last legs already, It wont charge and when it does it drains super quick. Ive tried all the fixes. Should I be entitled to a replacement handset free of charge as clearly this is unacceptable manufacturing? Thing is I cancelled my phone insurance...but should that matter? Its faulty goods isn't it?

They have 24 month warranty take it in to CPW they will deal with it.

Not for the battery they don't.
