Thanks for that. Most people looking better than I expected. What's Tristan saying? Is it 'Lazy, lazy...'?

Looks like it might be a good week.

Jamelia seems to have stepped up her game.

all looking good

think Kirsty will struggle looking at that and Ainsley

Georgia really needs to learn how to spot - she has been told this by the judges!

already cringing at Peters rumba - sorry

Do you remember who said that? I know Anita's lack of spotting technique was picked up on by Craig

That is what he's saying but I think he's describing the intention of the steps which have a drag and could be visualised as languid or "lazy".

oh it might have been said to Anita - cant remember - I knew someone had been told to spot

regardless, Georgia does need to learn to spot!

You could well be right. I just couldn't remember anyone saying it to Georgia.

She does have nice, tight turns but as you say, they'd be better with correct spotting

Yes, that makes sense, and I think it's a clever term to use. I didn't think he was criticising her or anything, I just wasn't sure if I was hearing him right.

When I saw the music list, I really thought a lot of people were going to have a rough week, but most of that looks pretty good to me. I'm slightly in love with Jay's last move with his arm in the air. Jamelia and Ainsley looking better than expected. I think if the song works Anita's tango is going to be very good. I think Peter might top the leaderboard - he's not my favourite but I can see it's going to be good and that's so rare for a rumba. Love Helen's laugh.

Peter looking really good. Honourable mentions too to Jay and Jamelia. Of the other front runners, Helen, Katie and Georgia looking a bit meh!

They managed to get an excellent version of "Telephone" (who'd have thought?) for Katie's, so perhaps Anita will do ok with her music also.

Jay looks amazing.

I really hate Rumba but think Peters looks pretty good.

Yes, they did, and I would be one of the people wouldn't have thought it! Katie's tango was great. Fingers crossed for Anita, I love a good tango best of all, and I'm interested to see Gleb's choreography for it.

I think they'd have to completely change it, and it's an really difficult song to sing, heard it murdered many times. Something like this could work very well however https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVjFe5lPp5k

That is a very good version of Sweet Disposition and I think would fit very well with the tango

I was worried about Jay's Paso before seeing the footage but he looks good.

I think it would, because you'd get the accents etc, and without the vocals which could be very easily mangled and distract from Anita and Gleb's dance.

Looking good: Georgia, Jay, Katie and Peter. Pasha's "yes, can I help you?" made me laugh. Unsure about some of the others. Kellie will no doubt nail the jive. Roll on Saturday.
