Most of them look fine, perhaps Ainsley less so.

But it seems like the (two) boys will rule the weekend.

Every female contender seems to have some problem (spotting, balance, finishing moves etc.), so whoever manages to get over their stumbles the best will be third on the leaderboard this weekend.

But perhaps better to have such a week now (where the dance-off couples are pretty obvious).

Jamelia in certain clips looks indeed promising, but still expect Anita and Helen to lead the ballroom side of things.

I hope Janette gets called out by Len this week if their rumba is lacking in content

me too.

Jay's paso looks good, as does Peter's rumba, both dances which dont traditionally score highly, for the boys.

I was impressed with Carol as well, her posture looks much better. You can see all the celebs are really in "the zone" and concentrating, I love that they are all taking it so seriously but having fun too

Georgia has big spotting problems and also is out of sync with Giovanni. And although being the youngest, she doesn't seem to be very athletic (if you compare her to Jay). Would think that this is the dance which should suit her best, but it doesn't seem to be the case at the moment.

Really like Katie, but that was not very good at all. Looked to be at the speed of her CCC.

Sadly, it seems no good salsa this week.

Also, Pasha seems to get a bit irritated with Carol in training sometimes (spotted it also in the training vid from one or two weeks ago).

I think one of my favourite bits is Kirsty laughing and making noises like she's on the Waltzers. (I suppose she is really)

Seriously Id puke if I had to do a VW

All looking good there .
I like Jamelia looking serious , much better than endless giggling .Same with Jeremy . He'll find it hard not being smiley , but I'm expecting his routine to be his best yet .
Kirsty is laughing and having fun , which is nice , but I think her balance issue might be exacerbated by all that spinning and twirling . The vw would be my nightmare dance due to all that burling around .
Quite a few looking exceptionally good , but then live night nerves might undo all the work . Fingers crossed for everyone .

The best part of Katie/Anton is the blurred picture. Katie looks (understandably) worried.

In the bit that Ian Waite showed yesterday it seemed to be more of a straightforward "proper" rumba than usual to me. I was actually pleasantly surprised how good he looked.
