We have to have a YouTuber eventually, and Zoe Sugg (Zoella) is probably the most well known outside of her own fanbase; that said, Dan Howell (danisnotonfire) hosted a BBC Radio show, so has BBC connections already.

I'd like Richard and Alexander too but Richard seemed quite categorical when he was on ITT that he wouldn't ever participate. Think Alexander might be quite nifty and if he's tall then Natalie could have another crack at the title. I'm not keen on Sarah Harding so Nicola Roberts if we need another GA. Honor Blackman would be interesting as would Torvill and Dean.

Can you imagine if Jayne Torvill were to do Strictly and be paired with Anton? He could leave most of the choreography to Jayne! Torvill & Dean's Paso Doble and Rumba from their competitive days are pretty much the definitive versions of those dances on ice, for example.

Re Honor Blackman, I've been touting her as a potential "mature" female contestant for years.

I think that, at the age of 90, Honor is a little too old for Strictly!

I simply adore Twiggy and I think I'd like to see her do Strictly - however - I couldn't bear it if she were awful and got scathing criticism. I don't like to see my 'idols' knocked off their pedestals.

One of my friends works in lightning for a West End theatre and said the backstage crew genuinely loved Michaela in a sort of little sister kind of way - no one was ever allowed to say a bad word about her. She as doing a poem about her nature experiences at a kid's festival I went to with my daughter and seemed a genuinely nice woman and this is from someone who remembers 'The Hitman and Her' and not in a happy nostalgic way. So I guess what I'm saying is if she wants to do it - a big yes to Michaela doing it.
