Daylight saving - clocks going back

I'm only posting this here because it relates to my iPad Mini. I use it as an alarm clock, set for 7am. Will I have to set it for 8am to be woken up at 7am tomorrow morning, or will the iPad automatically lose an hour tomorrow? It's obviously on and connected to the internet throughout the night.

It changes automatically, so you don't have to do anything.

Apple messed up a few years ago but they've got it right recently.

Yes, I knew that. The question was would me iPhone automatically take into account the end of daylight saving, i.e. could I still set my alarm for 7am. And the answer is - was - yes and yes.
