What did Bruno say?

The odd thing was that Bruno didn't even seem to realise what he had said was out of order.

Hasn't he lived and worked in the UK all his adult life?

He apologised after Tess apologised for him, but the comment wasn't under his breath, or by accident, he clearly didn't realise it was unacceptable.

Still, it puts to bed the view some on here have that all the judges comments are scripted (as if they can't think for themselves).

Is 'bollocks' really a swear word or have I accidentally stumbled into an American bible belt prayer meeting?

Well it's perhaps mild swear word. A bit uncouth, unsuitable for young kids.

Didn't even hear it when he said it - was only because Tess apologised that I rewound to listen again

The term 'dogs bollocks' (or in this case 'bulls bollocks') isn't really a term you would use in front of the vicar and his wife, or the Womans Institute is it?

If it doesn't pass the 'WI test' it isn't suitable for SCD.

Tonioli is a prize plonker way ott, surely he must cringe if he watches repeats of the show? He,s not funny he,s an embarrassment, people dont laugh with him but at him, he,s run his course.

It's amazing that one letter can make such a difference.

We can say "bullocks" - and nobody bats an eyelid but "bollocks" seems to cause complete panic.

That was my reading of him too .

I'm sure everyone taking part in a tv show would know that swearing is not allowed .
You would have to be very stupid to deliberately swear, if you want to keep your job .

He may not be aware that it was a swear word . Someone in production should tell him there is no need to go so OTT in giving his critique .

Agree! All this sniggering at some of the celebs is really rude and nasty imo

Be interesting to see if Craig has anything to say about his potty mouthed fellow judge, after all he was quick enough to complain that Ola's calendar was not very appropriate for someone who appears in a family entertainment show.

Ah I get it now I just couldn't work out what Bruno meant with the "bull" part!. I mean it's still stupid but now in context makes a teeny bit more sense.

Len looked even more unimpressed than usual, probably worried Bruno with all his arm flailing might knock him off his chair onto his stitches!

That point has been made more than once....and will be made many times, but it completely misses the point of what can be said and not said on a pre watershed prime time family show.

Bruno needs to get a grip..not just that, but he was obnoxious for much of the show tonight.

Bruno's getting very nasty, particularly towards Jeremy. Okay, we all know Jeremy is not a good dancer but to laugh at him and then call him a zombie and basically not give him any constructive criticism whatsoever wasn't very nice.

It was all timed perfectly for XFactor starting it's all so predictable now.

Thanks again for replying.”

LOL That thing about a urine sample made me laugh

clever little Bruno despite being Italian, is always looking for a clever pun. He was playing on the dog's b*ll*cks but the dog might bite him for it this time.

I thought it was hilarious. Especially when he then said "Sorry I did not realise" And Craig was enjoying every second at the beginning of the show when he said "That was really nasty, Bruno".

Oh, and the best bit was watching Tess' smile disappear when Bruno said the bull's bollocks.
