He apologised after Tess apologised for him, but the comment wasn't under his breath, or by accident, he clearly didn't realise it was unacceptable.
Still, it puts to bed the view some on here have that all the judges comments are scripted (as if they can't think for themselves).

I just couldn't work out what Bruno meant with the "bull" part!. I mean it's still stupid but now in context makes a teeny bit more sense.
