I did actually like Bupsi in the first auditions, but now I'm finding her a bit annoying - I predict she'll be in the bottom 2 in the first week of the lives. I think Ebru should have gone through instead of her.

Are the people who think Bupsi will go out in week 1 the same who thought Stevi would go out early last year?

Bupsi and Anton were always going to be picked. The only doubt was the third choice

They y only have room for one blonde, and that is Louisa. Jennifer was straining at the end, and was trying to be too trendy I think. I bet they made her sing that 1d song. Jennifer was never in it, they'd already said she was old fashioned before

I knew he'd pick Bupsi as he seemed to have a soft spot for her all the way through.
Disappointed not to see Ebru there

Wait and see.

The guy may be extremely talented, but he also seems quite arrogant and entitled.

As soon as I saw Jennifer's first audition I had a horrible feeling that this was her elimination point. I just couldn't see them putting someone like her through to the Live Shows. I'm sad that it happened to her, but I was expecting it.

Ebru was bland. We see girls like her on talent shows every year. She is nothing special. The backing track overpowered her.

Jennifer was a great singer and was likable.

I doubt there will be a wildcard we have too many finalists as it is.

Ebru was dull not surprised at all she didn't get through . Jennifer however it's a co workers travesty that she didn't get through I don't know what Simon was thinking.

I thought Jennifer was the best singer in the competition.

I do think Jennifer was the best singer vocally in the category but that definitely wasn't her best performance, also despite her having a good voice I don't think I would be excited to see her in the lives.

On the other hand, Ebru I think has a lot of potential so I would have liked to see her go through over Bupsi, but again I don't think we really saw the best of her at JH. Bupsi may have been picked not just for the joke act/entertainment but also because she probably reminds Simon a bit of Sinitta.

Simon doesn't want an Over to win again so has purposely damaged his chances.

It's actually quite ridiculous and if the show is cancelled next year I certainly would not be surprised - they treat their viewers like absolute idiots.

I knew beforehand Stevi would go a lot further in the competition as he was likeable, even though he was not a great singer.

So far, over the years most acts predicted to be in the bottom first week have turned out to be correct.

Ebru love her name but she showed herself up she had poor vocals in addition she managed to make a current song sound dated.

Jennifer does have a good voice but I thought it lacked emotion I think the logic he used was not room for both Anton and Jennifer as they appeal to the same demographic

Pretty much this, although I find Max a little forgettable to be honest.

I was massively disappointed that he didn't pick Jennifer or Ebru, both of them were great vocalists and if he was only going to pick one of Anton or Jennifer, I think Jennifer was a much stronger performer, and much less dated

Anton and Max were well deserved and tbh the last place was evenly split between the other 4 for me, they were all pretty forgettable

I will have nightmares about Bupsi singing that sleazy song and writhing around while Simon and Louis sat on the sofa watching her like two creeps at a strip club.

I loved both of these two and would have happily seen them both go through. That said, they were all very good so it was never going to please everybody. But not putting Ebru through I could just about understand. Shame, but fair enough. But with Jennifer........how on earth she didn't get through is ridiculous. Ruined the overs category for me. Jennifer was one of the best this year by far for me

Bupsi's performance was a bit cabaret.

That's exactly what crossed my mind too

They seem to be pushing for a girl to win this year

She's not my favourite but I actually don't mind Bupsi. But I just don't see many people backing her. I can't imagine her lasting too long into the live shows

As does just about every female contestant on x factor. Some of the geezers are just as guilty. Why sing ONE not when fifteen will do? It appears to be de rigueur to aim for those schreechy high notes that have all the musical appeal of a drunken street argument. In the process, the melody is completely lost. Call me reckless, call me irresponsible, but I prefer songs well sung rather than a desperate vocal range demo.

A bit??? It was like Simon had paid for a private lap dance and in she came.

I have to say, I've never got the Ebru love. She's very, very dull and bland for me and did she not take it well last night. Face like a smacked arse when she walked off the stage

Lol! Ok, she was very cabaret, I was being too polite. I can see where you're coming from with the lap dancing. Mind you, she was worst at her first audition when she got 'nasty' and was literally all over Simon.

As for Ebru, yes indeed, she certainly was not a happy bunny.
