I really enjoyed the new setup., The only bad thing I'd say is that it dragged out a bit too long

The format change is woeful. The worst part, of course, being the 'live' box in the corner as the acts are singing. Though the whole thing is a disaster, and not The X Factor.
Judges Houses was the one part that should have been left alone, as it provided a raw alternative to the audience-based shows, and helped everyone really connect with the acts (and yes, the judges...). What they've done this time is take away 90% of the drama, emotion, excitement of this stage.
They also expect us to believe that the judges decide there and then which acts to take through, one week before the Lives. Never before has there been so much playacting on the show. The idea that Simon changed his mind... that the producers haven't already got the Live shows nailed, including what songs each act are doing etc. that it could all still be up in the air, is frankly an insult to our intelligence!
