I just assumed they didn't want to put their name to this sh!te any more.

Yeah I thought the same too... suprised the x factor hasnt dropped them by now

I think because of legal reasons
They have paid X Factor to have their adverts linked to the show but as Talk Talk been hacked,I think their ITand legal team are finding out who hacked them.and maybe can not have their advert on.
I may be wrong it just what I am thinking
