Darcey has form here. Yes, she was an outstanding ballet dancer, but she also had very sharp elbows and good networking skills at the Royal Ballet. She did not brook competition from other female ballerinas and more than one rising star fell by the wayside during her time there.

I think she is on the same power kick with SCD. The patronising way she refers to the boys and always makes her critique longer than anyone else's' Princess Darcey is remorselessly self-serving.

Is it beyond here to score anyone less than a 6?

I think Darcey is a rubbish judge, she has admitted herself that all her knowledge of ballroom dancing comes from Len. I don't think she is that nice either; she is overly critical of some contestants (Pixie last year, and seemingly now Katie) yet when a good-looking man appears he could stand still for 90 seconds and get a decent mark. Totally biased and I'd be glad to see the back of her.

The amount of times she dribbles over some of the men is scary. She need to buy herself a Rabbit.

I think any male bias she might have shown in the past is less pronounced this year. If you look at her scores, there are quite a few women (Anita, Jamelia, Katie) who she's actually propping up and of the men she's only really gone guns for Jay, Jeremy, and maybe Ainsley.

I didn't like the way she got her teeth into Katie last night but Katie didn't seem to mind too much and I don't find her annoying. The advice she gives on how to strengthen the core is very helpful.

I think Darcey gives good constructive criticism. She doesn't seem to be overly flamboyant, grumpy or waspish, like some...

She is supportive and I haven't noticed a gender bias at all, in fact she has lead with some very flattering comments for many of the women this season.

I like her - and Craig, even if he does have a bit of a sting.
