I wonder why Broadcast only show ITV SD figures. Possibly as part of their 'Back the BBC' campaign to help the BBC's cause?

I may be wrong, but doesn't ITV HD have different adverts to ITV SD Regional, so it is classed as a separate channel.

It's very irritating. I am surprised they haven't fixed it by now actually. It's very misleading on the app because it's not made clear.

Also would be better if they included +1 channels as standard.

I think that's why it's a seperate entity on BARB. I begrudgingly like it as we see exactly how many watched on HD even though it is annoying as not every HD figure is available.

It depends where you're watching. In terms of ITV Plc regions, London, Granada, Wales, Meridian South and Central West have the correct adverts. Other regions get the wrong adverts and regional news.

Overnights.tv releases ITV Total figures every day, which is where Broadcast get their data from. So no reason it can't be done.

Thanks Dancc.

That must be the first time EastEnders has been over 6m on a Friday in months.

Which makes it all the more baffling ...

I don't know why I didn't know they did this, but it's disappointing. Just another organisation taking a shit on ITV for dubious reasons.

I can remember a debate on here about the figures a good while back being separate, but as always with DigitalSpy, the search never works.

At least you provide some numbers for the debate on here, and we have to take what we can get. DS are very biased in their ratings reports. Very little Channel 5 in their roundups even when they rate higher than Channel 4.

So I would like to say thank you for doing your bit

The Broadcast app separates ITV/ITVHD/+1 but the magazine and website count them all together.

Moreover I want to put it on record I am eternally grateful for anyone who posts figures on this thread..

It's easy to forget to voice that fact or even at times take that for granted but I think I speak for most people in really truly being appreciative of those who take the time to do that.

Anyway, my tail is firmly between my legs - off to make a bit of breakfast.

Whilst I know what you meant - it did make me laugh at the notion that some parts of the country get *wrong* adverts

No problem. DS takes forever to post non soap ratings on a Saturday.

There's nothing new here, News at Ten on ITV has never started at 10pm on the dot, more's the pity.”

This is such a non story News At Ten has run late some nights for years.

Thanks Dancc. I guess IAC will be around 7.5m inc+1. Solid but not amazing, the same show last year got 8.2m so a similar decline to what we've seen this week. Adele probably didn't dent it much as there was only a 30 min overlap.

Not surprising to see HIGNFY below 4.48m, but it'll be interesting to see how far below. Really it should be above 4m. Looks like IAC dented Gogglebox.

So this was back in May/June? EastEnders still hasn't hit 7m since March in overnights.

I have never understood why BARB dont do combined tables either - I mean it wouldnt be that difficult.

19.8% is 'excellent'? For supposedly the biggest pop star on the planet. I'd call that underwhelming myself.
