I really hope you are wrong because the trailer for War and Peace looks fabulous so I hope that gets good ratings.

The last few weeks' worth were linked to earlier by Dancc. Monday's was 2.3m, boosted by Doc Martin.

BBC1 have had some stinkers this year in terms of ratings. The Interceptor, Partners In Crime and River They should have a big returning drama foe the Autumn but they don't. Doctor Foster was a pleasant surprise.

Autumn should be bigger on BBC1.

Strange how the Wail don't mention they are shareholders in ITN who produce...ITV's NAT.

Does anyone know how The Job Lot has been doing? Given the 10.30 slot and lead-in I expect the answer is is not very well, but I've not seen any numbers for this series.

Yes they should have I agree. Its funny the flops I have enjoyed particularly 'Partners in Crime.'

The BBC tend to have their big hitters after Christmas in the New Year right smack bang in the Winter Season, which I suppose makes sense, but they should have a couple of big crowd pleasers between Sept and Dec.

One of the biggest bombs this year along with Midwinter Of The Spirit. BBC1/ITV drama shouldn't rate as low as Channel 4/BBC2 drama.

It would be good if Autumn had some drama hits. For several years the only thing on BBC1 at Autumn that got viewers was Strictly. Now they have Bake Off and moved The Apprentice back so it's better. Just wish there was more big drama on BBC1 too.

According to Broadcast.

Eternal Glory couldn't even beat C5's Pets, they both got 1.5m. Eamon and Ruth got 1.3m on C5.

Secret Lives of 4 Year Olds got 2.5m on C4, followed by 24 Hours in A&E which also got 2.5m.

Nothing for Catastrophe yet.

Not too bad considering how other shows have fallen in the past 12 months.

Many thanks 🙂

Those are awful numbers for the prime time soaps considering it November and the dark nights tend to encourage people to say tuned to the box.

Holby City only two million behind EE, if EE drops anymore it will be tying with Holby for top BBC continuing drama.

Thanks - you would think DS would be at least responding to the hate of their new website.

There appeared to be a marked rise in the posts over on GB yesterday. The exodus may have already started.

I am showing my age now, but we used to have big Autumns on both of the main channels in the late 70's and early 80's. The best of the channels output was between Sept-Dec and if your show was shown in any other season it was regarded as not as good as the Autumn line up. How times change, I suppose it is better the BBC spread their shows throughout the year.
