Have used it for secondary email for last few years but last two days it won't open

Onetel became Opal Telecom who became TalkTalk (in that order I think).

I haven't ever heard them closing off accounts made way back when.

Have now learned it is down because it is a talktalk service though it is interesting to note that the talktalk email itself is already up and running

Haven't had any probs with Onetel email for a long time now. Certainly mine has worked these last few days without problems.

Hadn't thought of the fact that they are talktalk!! Mine's a legacy address that seems to carry on and on, for which I am grateful.
