I thought there were some shocking decisions, although not surprised with the low calibre of the judges. I would not have chosen Alien, Max, Mason, Lauren or Reggie, all of whom are awful in my view.

4th Power - Fantastic in almost every area, unique and likable
Alien Uncovered - I don't rate them much at all and prefer Melody Stone but I think in the long run Alien Uncovered will be more marketable than the gospel groups
Reggie n Bollie - Very likable and entertaining, will be good to watch in the live shows

Overs-
Anton - Great voice and will do reasonably well I think
Bupsi - Very entertaining, will be great in live shows
Ebru - Definitely the most current over and I think she had serious potential and room for growth

Boys-
Seann - Similar to Alien I don't rate him much at all and find his personality very annoying but he is one of the more interesting ones and I can see how he'd appeal to some
Che - Great voice, can see similarities between him and Sam Smith for some reason
Mason - Dislike his personality but good performer and will be interesting in the live shows

Girls-
Lauren - Fantastic voice and personality, my favourite act 100%
Louisa - Personally I much prefer Chloe to her and would rather put her through but realistically Louisa has a better chance of going far at the moment
Havva - Definitely one of the most interesting contestants, really like her voice and personality. She would be very entertaining in the live shows!

I would have put both Chloe and Louisa through as they're both solid performers and both could have done well I liked Ebru and quite and Kerri Ann I think her name was. I'd have gone withboth of those had I been Simon. Not really up on boy music so can't really comment on that as I mostly listen to female artists.

Of the 4 judges I'd asy Cheryl's the one that's been closest to getting it spot on but then she's been pretty good at that most years she's done the show. I have to give her credit for that as she is a good judge and mentor to her acts so I hope her acts take advantage of that as they'll need it. In fact she's probably better at that than making music of her own not to say her music is bad or anything but she does have a pretty good talent for judging and mentoring it seems.

It's going to be a tough year this year to call as there is no real proper stand out performers saying "Pick me I'm the one" at least not to me. For me the closest any of them came to that was Chloe and Louisa the 2 blonde girls. So I would say Louisa's my favourite for the moment at least. I think Rita has the strongest category if she can get the best out of them then she has a chance. I know Cheryl could but the question is does Rita have what it takes to master the mentoring process. Will be interesting to see how Cheryl handles the groups though given this is the first time she's had them. She'll need to tap into the knowhow she gained from being with Girl's Aloud that's for sure. Simon I think clearly realises he has the weakest category this year so it'll be abig test for him as usually that's ended up being Louis with that problem. I could see Nick doing OK with the boys. I don't see a winner in his group but I could see 1 of them making the final if they can pull off some good performances as for which one I don't know.
