Yeah, I think people should cut him some slack, he's seen the error of his ways and didn't display any of the behaviour at the judges houses like he did in the 6 six chair challenge.
The female population who have plenty credit on their phones will vote for Mason, and if there is one week where he really messes up, he'll probably get twice as many votes than usual.
I don't vote but if I did I would vote for him. Humble is one thing but how come all these top stars don't know the meaning of the word. I mean Bieber just won all these VMAs or whatever and he's an arrogant unlikeable s^d. Not that Mason is - in fact I admire how he stood his ground on stage and fronted them out. Nothing wrong with speaking your mind if justified.
I guess when you sell billions like Beiber you can get away with being a arrogant w****r as people tend to lap it up and its what gets him headlines and shows etc.
However when you're just starting out and pretty much a nobody its best if you build up a fan base and respect before you turn into Kanye West. It doesnt get you far in showbiz world when you have a reputation as a diva before you've even sold 1 copy of original material, let alone people shunning you because you're deemed as a nightmare to work with.
Mason should learn to be humble it will serve him well if he wants a career in music.

But Mason can see beyond that. He's looked at how to get big and he's set himself a higher aim. Mediocre artists just never aim high enough. All these superstars get coverage in the media and there's no such thing as bad publicity. I think Mason is using the system. He knows what works and he knows he has the talent to back it up. Deep down I'm sure he's a great guy.

Deserving of a place???? Toys get thrown out of the pram and he's rewarded with a place without having to perform and go through the mental torture the others had to. Sends out all the wrong signals that a talentless spoilt brat can be rewarded by throwing a tantrum, the guy needs to get in the real world, he has'nt earned his stripes and yet gets rewarded for being a wannabe diva.
If he consistently puts on a good performance, I don't see why he shouldn't get the votes.
To be fair Mason did have to perform at the judges houses and then had to wait and see if he would be picked for the live shows, so he did more or less go through the same process as the others.
I genuinely have enjoyed his performances to date and I think that he's talented.
OK, he behaved badly at the 6 Chair Challenge but he seem's to have learnt from it. I also liked how he handled what happened on Sunday night. On Xtra Factor he didn't kick up a fuss about the fact that he was booed, all he said was that he expected it and he put himself in the situation for it to happen in the first place.

In fact he was asking for the chance to perform more not less. He knew if given more coverage he could get the exposure he needed. I think everyone messed up all round for not recognizing that he had the X-Factor. I don't think his behaviour was that bad. He only stormed off because he was chucked off plus it was good TV!
I don't think he'll have a specific voting block going in. Teenage girls voting based on looks actually seems to be way less of a thing now than it once was. So I guess his votes will just depend on his performances really... I expect him out within the first five personally but hey, if he can prove me wrong than good for him I guess.

Sorry i totally disagree, being rewarded for throwing a tantrum is a not the answer. How do you know he's learned from his mistake? Did he publicly apologise? I see nothing more than a spoilt brat with very limited talent (is singing karaoke talent?) and as the majority of viewers are very young the programme sends out the wrong signals to young minds.
