Feeding dog beef bone marrow
RichTeaBiscuit
27-10-2015
I bought a beef bone that's cut in half (lengthways) to expose the marrow. The instructions say to oven cook it then serve.

It is this: http://www.waitrose.com/shop/Display...oductId=319916

I was wondering what would be the best way to prepare this for my dog? Is this safe for him to eat?

Thanks!

Surely that is only if you intend to eat it yourself as dogs shouldn't have cooked bones ?

Is the bone hard enough? Is it safe to eat raw marrow?

I was thinking of cooking it and scooping the marrow out of the bone
