Here map problem Android

Anyone use Here maps on Android? The road and coast map data aren't being updated/download from the net. The traffic info comes through. If the map is on the phone it's OK, otherwise it's like the screenshot, is it just me? I uninstalled and reinstalled but no difference. Only just started happening this week.

It's a problem with the SD card, no idea how to fix it.
