Maybe I'm just blinded by the arrogance of that response but I fail to see how the political alignment of Karren Brady is at all similar to a candidates death or a candidate going on CBB. If Lord Sugar was on another TV show would people be discussing it here, on in the suitable thread in the TV Shows UK sub forum? The majority would be the latter.

Also i think you can evidently see that it's not just 'me kicking up a fuss' as others also don't see the relevance or need for a thread such as this.

I expect a reply of you informing me of it being a free country and that you can post whatever political nonsense you want. Don't worry though, I'll keep an eye out for any 'Vote Corbyn' threads that may pop up if somebody related to The Apprentice mentions his name?
I'm not going to post anything like that at all, I merely say that actually I think that people would discuss any other TV shows that Lord Sugar was on here. Maybe not in as much detail as on other threads, but I think it would come up. Countdown has been talked about.

Goodness me, how to make a mountain out of a molehill. It's loosely related to the Apprentice so qualifies for this board. If people don't like the content, there are plenty of other threads to comment on.

Simple

If I'm honest I'm not sure where it belongs. Part of me thinks it's fine here as it's to do with someone on The Apprentice so I certainly understand that argument, but then at the same time I'm not really sure having slanging matches about who someone cares about most based on how they voted on something political and it being all "well I don't like her now because she voted for this/that/the other" and general attacks is really appropriate in here.

I can see both sides, but my gut feeling is, purely because I can see it turning into a slanging match and basically people having a go at her and/or each other (which isn't needed as we all have a common ground in that we watch The Apprentice and are generally civil with each other) because of how she voted on 1 thing (if it hasn't already turned into that), that it probably is best on the politics forum, despite the fact that it is to do with someone on The Apprentice. If I didn't think it was going to degenerate into a big argument, I'd say keep it here.

Ultimately, not my decision obviously, but that's my opinion, for what it's (not) worth.

I still believe it belongs on this board?

But it is about the Apprentice which she appears on, and she makes out she cares about people, I am just showing another side to her character and who she aligns herself with.

So when she is judging characters on The Apprentice you have a better idea of what her values are in making that choice.
Does she? When? I've never got that impression from her.

Appalling woman. Politics apart, the stories of her haughty and callous behaviour at clubs she's been at in the past and the highly dubious affair of the Olympic stadium, with the grasping, venal, greed of Brady and her partners-in-avarice and their contempt for the fortunes of those affected by their iniquitous deal are nauseating.

I have no problem with anyone pointing out examples that indicate her attitudes in the real world. There are too many people misguided enough to fawn over certqain individuals just because they happen to be celebrities and who fail to appreciate that often these celebrities are simply portraying a manufactured image in an unreal world.

All the people taking part in the programme care hugely about money. It's the main motivation for contestants to take part in the first place I suppose.

Why would Karren be any different and be condemned for it?

It makes them all a bit clowns in my eyes but I hugely enjoy the show.

It's a question both of the degree in which you covet money and how you behave in order to get it.

Would it be relevant if the contestants had anything to say about it? Some papers were reporting certain contestants had lodged a complaint about her.

She only became a Baroness because 'Lady Brady' sounds like a joke!

I wonder how she spent her £300. Probably on those god awful glasses she's now sporting.
