Why would you want to kill off one of EE's most interesting characters?? We have so much to gain from him being here. If he were to die now, his presence would have been almost pointless. I'd rather him have died off screen prompting Kathy's return rather than see him die now, when he has so much more to offer.

I can't wait for who killed Gavin some point next year. Kill Phil off too he's not much better.

If Phil kills Gavin, then I don't think Sharon will dump him. She might be relieved that her father is gone from her life forever. I think Gavin is going to mentally abuse Sharon and Phil won't really be able to save her. Phil can try but he's too afraid of Gavin and he's a broken man.

I think Sharon will realise that Den was the best father but she still resents him for the things he did in the past.

Known the writers they probably forget how Gavin tortured Phil and make Gavin afraid of Phil

It is obvious Gavin will be killed of eventually probably Christmas 2016 or 2017 in a who done it plot, as a Character like Gavin only has a short life span they can't be long term characters unless you soften them up beyond repair. Also didn't Gavin mention to Kathy last week that he spent years of his life trying to get away from Walford as it was a dump and he would hate to die in Walford, surely that is already a hint that he will meet his maker in Walford.

You are probably right but I think that we need a true nutter in the square - the Philth's endless 'owning' storylines became ridiculous after Steve Owen was weakened all those years ago.
