I love Adele's music, and think Chasing Pavements was very under rated. However, I can't get into her songs until the hype surrounding them has passed. She is treated like some kind of God and it irks me.

Even DS is at it this week, with their playlist of new tracks to listen to. Big special feature for Adele, despite the list containing several well known and talented musical legends like Elton John, Gwen Steffani, Justin Beiber and Ellie Goulding.

By all means listen to Adele, she makes great music. But so do other people. Stop trying to make her the new Justin Beiber / Spice Girls by blasting her Everywhere.

One artist that could certainly give Adele a run for her money is Tina Arena. Did you know Tina has a new album out this year? probably not, because her record company aren't handing out brown envelopes for tons and tons of publicity and mentions.

Yes, like Adele's people really have to pay to keep her name on here. Back to the drawing board with that one, Einstein....

She's the biggest star in the music world right now so it's hardly a surprise that her name is everywhere after her first new material in three years. Still easy enough to avoid if you want to though.

I've been wondering who this "Adele" person is that everyone keeps going on about. Have never heard of her.
