Unless Brendan can get his mojo back and pretty sharpish he should be put out to pasture - He's been a poor partner for a long time in my opinion.

Ola looks to be done, she's lost a lot of sparkle since James was dumped.

They can't get rid of the talented dancers all at once.

Bring back Matt Cutler and Ian Waite for the men and Lilia for the ladies.

I think they should do the same on SCD to what they do on geordie shore in the sense of keeping the same cast going except with professionals. Face it, ratings are a bit higher than what they were last year, so it's doubtful that the new professionals will be ditched.

Time for Anton, Karen and Janette to go.

Anton cannot do Latin. It's become painfully obvious. The cha cha with Katie wa especially dreadful. Replace him with Trent.

Karen and Janette are not good in either ballroom or latin imho. I don't see them teaching much technique. They had good celebs last year (Mark and Jake) but they both kinda plateaued towards the end. Replace them with Iveta (two-time world 10 dance champion!!!) and .. Lilia or Flavia or someone totally new.

It is for that very reason that Kristina is one of my faves because I could see she put in the technical work with Simon and he got better and better..

Brendan is still competent, even though he seems a bit jaded. I'm ok with keeping him in.

Time for Anton to retire gracefully. Please, please not to move over to the judges table. If Anton can not perform well in latin how can he judge the latin dances in a professional way. If Len does retire we need someone with gravitas not another joker.

For me, Anton should go..... most definitely, for the highly original reason that......he can't do Latin.

I know it has been suggested that he could replace Len as a judge but I can't see that being a good idea, for if he can't choreograph or dance Latin, how can he judge it? I accept that he has more of this type of dance experience than Alesha or Darcey and they were appointed judges, but I wouldn't like to see him on the panel.

Brendan would not be a great loss; his attitude towards the judges has been unacceptable for several seasons.

Ola should be another casualty; notwithstanding her accident she is past her sell-by date.

I don't know who I would bring back, but I note with interest that of all the suggestions there has been not one request to bring back James Jordan. I can't imagine why!

I feel as if I'm watching a different show with regard to Brendan. I think he's a wonderful choreographer, beautiful dancer, and is gracious, supportive and kind towards his partners. I'd hate him to go.

I'd love to see Artem back, even though he'd probably not be that great with less good dancers. His dancing and his choreography can be stunning.

I don't think Tristan has won me over yet, and Anton doesn't do anything for me... If I was a contestant, I'd be gutted if I got him... I'm normally full of admiration for people with any form of skill or ability, but Anton's tom-foolery on the dance floor makes his partners look ridiculous.

I think they should structure the show a bit differently (although it might tax the Beeb's budgets a bit!). Bin the staged VTs and show more of the behind the scenes process of choreography and training room time. Have a few recognisable pro specialists who don't have partners - Anton and Jo for ballroom, Vincent and Flavia for AT, Jeanette for Acro etc who help the couples each week as necessary. Then there's less pressure on the pro partners who aren't trained across the board and the show still keeps some of its favourite personalities without them having to dance every week (and no-one has to do those hammy VTs!)

Bring back: Matt, Ian, Artem, Anya and Katya

Doubt that it would happen, but I'd love to see that too. Love her partnering with Vincent, but those two together would be good to see.

You can get rid of the rest if you want to.

I think the most important criteria - given that they are all professional dancers - is that they seem to enjoy being there. Because, if a pro is just going through the motions, their partners and the audience will feel that and they won't enjoy the experience or the show as much.

Since the pros don't get to choose the music (or, I understand, the theme) anymore - any pretence of them having much control over the content of the dance is largely that - a pretence. So, if a pro is weak on a particular dance, they should bring in someone else to help them in training or with choreography. After all, we're supposedly voting for the celebs anyway - and it's not like they're doing the choreography!

So - that being the case - I think that Janette and Anton both deserve to be in the line-up and work, because they both seem enthusiastic and like they're having fun.

The only pros who strike me as if they aren't having fun are Brendan and Ola - and, to a lesser degree Aliona - but that might well just be her manner, so she doesn't seem unhappy to be there, just not actively 'happy'!

I am not sure about Gleb or Giovanni yet, I think they are still finding their feet, so we won't really be able to tell if they're enjoying it properly until they have a second season.

I would love to see Joanne and Iveta brought back into the line-up.

I really liked Iveta, was disappointed not to see her back this year. And I really miss Artem (ok I fancied him) but he was great to watch dancing too. Loved him and Natalie Gumede together.

Janette can go,lacks ten dance experience and her ballroom suffers with celebs, also copies so much dwts choreo.

Aliona behaves dreadful and sulky when not given a ringer so for that reason alone I'd drop her .

As much as I like Anton think it's time for another role on the show for him.

Ola should never been asked back, dreadful choreo, looks like she's purely there for the pay check . Think she causes a lot of press bitchiness via her husband !

All others I'd keep.

Replacement wise I'd bring new pros in don't think old pros should be brought back, they've had there time !

I don't really have any knowledge about the technical side of dancing so I'd be really grateful if someone who knows what they are talking about could explain why Tristan is getting so much criticism for his teaching/choreography/dancing.
Is he really weak, or are people just following the herd in criticising him? I really like him, but as I say I have very little understanding of the techniques.

I would sacrifice any of the male pro's to have Ian back. However, if I were choosing from the current line up then I would pick on Tristan. Possibly not a fair choice as we haven't seen him with a really capable celeb yet.

Anton has a place, he is the ideal person to look after a certain type of celeb.

I think most of them will stay in time for when SCD comes back next year. The new pros I think are likely to be kept too.

I don't think Kristina should go. She has worked wonders with contestants that have potential (Simon, Jason Donovan) and not so good contestants (Daniel, John Sergeant). She's also a great dancer and seem very passionate and caring towards her partners.

As long as they keep Janette in the show I am happy..I loooove her. they should bring back Anya as well.

Quite agree. I would get rid of Anton. He has no flair with Latin dances - maybe it is because he has had 'dud' partners for so long. Sadly I'd get rid of Brendan too - he seems to have lost his sparkle. As for the women - Karen or Janette - their choreography isn't great. Think that is a forlorn hope as they both have partners who are good - although I find Kevin very over the top.
