Purely based on personality:

- Kelly Brook (it was the inane giggling + I wasn't overly keen on Brenda at the time).
- Robbie Savage (sensed a nasty side to him).
- Mark Wright (sliced from the same block of cheese as the Andre).
- Richard Arnold (made my skin crawl - and Erin's I should imagine).

Based on over-marking:

- Snowdon (although considering some of the 40s we've had since, I'm only mildy aggravated by hers now).
- Matt Di Angelo.
- Zoe Lucker.

Based on both:

- Pamela (the one time I disliked James' partner more than him).
- Abbey (40 points for that Disco Salsa thing might be the biggest Strictly travesty of all and 10s for a QS you could have driven a bus through?! Plus she annoyed the crap out of me).

Blimey, there have been an awful lot of irritating slebs, haven't there? But I can add one: Jan Ravens.

Also, has anyone mentioned Jason Donovan?

I have an appalling memory, so thankfully most annoyance is but a brief flare before becoming lost in the mists of time. It takes a Very Special Someone to linger in my brain for all the wrong reasons. So step forward, Julien "CRRRRRRYSSSTAAAAAAAAALSSSS" McDonald.

(I hated Widdy too, but that was more because of her politics and the fact she is a horrible person than mere "annoyance".)

Alex Jones.

I know it feels like shooting Bambi's mother but... pass me the rifle and make sure it's loaded.
.22 or .303? I have a scope for you too.
Poor Alex, she was the cheap but not so cheerful version of Christine Bleakley.

Jan Ravens... like a classic five year-old's meltdown with trifle in her hair after the party.

I can remember Kristina almost having a breakdown when she realised the Great British Public hadn't taken to Jason's waffling vicar impersonations

Well remembered, I agree with [almost] all of them. I'm singling out Natalie Cassidy, who couldn't stop telling us "what a privilege it was to be on SCD" coming over like a second-hand Uriah Heep and usually begging for points.

Lisa Riley and Russell Grant for out staying their welcomes, and in Lisa's case terrible over marking for essentially doing the same dance week after week!

Lisa Snowdon for being consistently overmarked, and knocking out Austin

Emma Bunton for consistent over marking

Any of the ringers who tried to play down their experience in dance

Kellie for her constant screaming

Peter Andre for all the brown nosing of the judges - no Peter - not all of them know what they are talking about - listen to your pro who DOES know what they are on about (well maybe not YOUR pro especially in ballroom)

The mere mention of Darren Gough or Tom Chambers still has me searching for the nearest thing to throw.

I will literally NEVER get over Colinwuzrobbed

Otherwise I lose interest or go back to the same level of interest as I had before.

I've always liked DVO and Lisa Snowden but didn't like their partnerships on Strictly, but post strictly I like them both as I did before.

Right at the Top : Craig Kelly I was neutral towards him at the beginning but as the weeks went by ...I have never seen someone so delusional on this show even the ever patient Flavia was sick and tired of him !!!!

Funnity Fun aka Lisa Riley Who became increasingly annoying towards the end as well.

Jason Donovan so earnest

Susanna Reid her act got really old towards the end. Looking directly at the camera, having an imploring face , praying hands and profusely say thankkkkkkkkkkkk youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.......talk about being so OTT

Dom littlewood something a bit creepy about him ....poor Lilia

On the top of my head these celebrities. ..funny how I don't have anyone who annoys me this year lol. Great thread op.

Lisa Riley got a lot of people backs up judging by this thread

(incidentally, Monkseal had a fantastic meme of her throwing a death stare at the judges in his blog! Funnity fun fun indeed, lol)

Gosh, some of you are easy to irritate, aren't you? (I thought I was bad...)

Quite a few on the long lists posted I only found mildly irritating, and some I didn't mind at all (Natasha, Lisa Snowdon & Kelly Brook- seriously fanciable; Craig Kelly, Nancy D'O - hilarious; Ali Bastian & Georgia - you kidding me? - they were/are absolute sweeties!)

The stand out nerve shredder for me was 'jazz hands' Riley, closely followed by the Rev. Donovan.

Mind you, I was delighted that I missed all the episodes that featured Julien McD and Vanessa Feltz. If I had seen them I am sure one or both would be on my short list!

Can we include the presenters? My answer then would be all of them.

In two minds about the last one. Don't think it was so much that I didn't like him but more that I didn't like him still being in when he was not that good and the GBP kept voting for him right to the very end

The others just got/get on my mammaries
