Hey guys and girls, thought I'd make a thread up of mark Wright from SCD last year formerly of TOWIE, does anyone think he was undermarked in his routines last year? As I thought he was majorly in a number of his routines.
Was mark Wright undermarked in his routines last year?

There were several routines where I felt he should have been scored higher like the QS, the rumba and maybe his cha cha cha.
To be honest I can't remember Mark's scores, but I will say that I think he was very good and that a lot of the negativity was about preconceptions over him rather than his dancing. He did some good performances; his Charleston being a favourite of mine. I remember Karen Hardy praising his swivel action and she knows what she's talking about!

'Stagnant' was a word i used to describe him last year. Nice guy, had his good dances but i still think he got lucky to come 4th

He got through on a knife edge to lens deciding vote in the SF.
Not underscored imho. Just took a look at wiki and the scores seemed fair with what I recalled of the dances. I liked quite a few of his routines. His showdance, however, sucked.

His Showdance wasn't as good as it could've been.

I agree! I thought Mark was far more enjoyable to watch and actually showed real improvement over the course of the series.

Agree I thought at least Mark had a bit of spark about him, Peter is a bit dull.

His average score is hovering around Cherie, Matt Di Angelo, Dani Harmer, Louisa Lytton and Denise Lewis, on which token I would say that in the grand scheme of things he was slightly overmarked.

Walter you really need to get this chip off your shoulder about Peter, I'm sure you will like him once you get to know him, Peter outperforms Mark in my opinion.

I don't have a chip on my shoulder, just good taste, and why on earth would I want to know him ?
You obviously can't see what that many of us can see in here, have you looked at the popularity poll lately ? with any luck he will be in the dance off very soon.

Why concern yourself now with what happened last year ? There is more than enough to debate with THIS years contestants.

If you got to know Peter Walter you would realize what a genuine man and a great Dad he is, and you must realize that taste in music is very subjective, also popularity poles in cliques are not normally representative of public opinion in the real world.
