Am I See 800Mhz 4G with Three on my Samsung J5

I have really poor signal with 3G and 4G in my area WA7 whilst at home however over the past few days I have been picking up a full signal with 3 (not Emergency Calls Only) but I cannot seem to make calls or use any data as no data signal is visable.
Am I seeing Threes 800Mhz 4G signal?

Try dialling *#0011# and see if you can see LTE on band 3 or 20.
