So I know it's still relatively early days but I thought it'd be interesting to see who everyone thinks could make it to the final five.

Personally I think we could end up with our Final Five of this year looking something a little like:

What are your thoughts? Which candidates do you want to see go the distance?

Mine is biased towards the men, but Charleine is the only good female candidate so far imo.

Right now I'd say:

seem like certainties. Based on common sense displayed so far I'd add:

3) Charleine
4) Gary

Finally, as a wildcard, based on progress made from her horrific project management stint I'd go for April. Also think a fiery woman like her would really spice up the interview stage.
