Do you think that when Robert's shooter is revealed to the villagers that Chrissie and Chas will apologise to eachother and become friends again ??

I do agree with you about the plot device but I really enjoy their scenes together

If Chas takes a break, then comes back and they're friends again I'd like it. I just think Chas is in it too much.

Yeah. What I'm thinking is that Chas apologises to Chrissie for dropping her in it and accusing her and her family and Chrissie apologises to Chas for gloating and being smug about Aaron being locked up and they forgive eachother

Heaven knows Chrissie needs a few allies in the village and they can form a new super-group, "United Against Robert!" However: two independent, spirited Alpha-females could find themselves falling out as much as they get on?! Sparks will fly!

But it never does any harm to get in good with the landlady of the local tavern!

I agree. Their so called friendship seemed forced and did not work for me. I couldn't see Chas picking Chrissie as a choice of friend.

Hopefully not, Chas has shown exactly what sort of a 'friend' she is, one to be avoided at all costs. If I was Chrissie I'd tell her to stick her false friendliness where the money puts his nuts.

Their friendship felt a bit weird to me.. Uncomfortable. I think it's past the point of repair after everything. I wish Katie was around that would be someone good for Chrissie to slag Robert to or controvertial.. Aaron. :O stranger things have happened.

Agreed, I wouldn't even call it a friendship, they were just bonding over their hate of Robert. If they want to explore a friendship with Chas they should do her and Moira.
