I wouldn't know but It has been proven against all the others so I doubt it is the case with Anita, I'm sure someone would have found out by now if she had.

I agree, I'm sure there's been plenty of "investigate journalism" done on all contestants for juicy gossip. Any previous training would have been outed by now.
I honestly wonder how incredible Anita would be if she'd had the same training as someone like Jay.

Do you think so? Have you seen a single newspaper story on the training of anyone other than Jay and Helen this year? Because they're not the only ones with training. If you have, fair point, but I haven't. I haven't seen any of the papers do a story on Kellie's background for example, which isn't hidden at all if you want to know.
I don't think Anita's had formal training, because I don't for a second think she'd lie about it, but her mother is mad keen on dancing - she said on 'Who Do You Think You Are?' that her mother came to this country to learn ballroom dancing, if I remember rightly. So it would be unusual if she'd never learnt any dancing from her mother, given that she clearly also loves dancing. Why wouldn't she?
To me, having done dancing as a child is a sign that you love dancing - it doesn't put me off someone. I'm not having a go at anyone.
I doubt very much that Anita has had dance training in the past I genuinely believe she is a beginner

Seeing as you mention this in virtually every post you make I think we had got the idea by now.
Who has supposed to have six years of training this year? It's really boring year in we have the same stories about some celebs have had dance training in the past . It's getting a bit boring now and who cares if a celeb has had a bit of dance training if we have just the beginners, the show would be really boring and I wouldnt bother watching it.

The article includes Jay, Helen, Jamelia, Georgia and Kellie as contestants who had had some experience. I haven't seen mention of Anita anywhere, unlike others who despite not being headliners, have been included as having had some experience.
Also, of course Peter is widely known as having danced during his life.

Not to mention the fact that Jays dancing is massively overstated.
3 years of weekend classes akin to those plenty of kids do and 3 years of musical theatre (of which dance is a small part).
I think Anita has some lovely lines so maybe she did some dance lessons as a kid or maybe she learned or did some with her mum. Or maybe she's just got natural talent in spades.
I seriously don't even care whether anyone has or not, she's great to watch as is Jay and that's all that matters to me... Being entertained.
This argument has been done to death and people are unlikely to change their opinions of training v no training now.
