I HATE that new Head Teacher so much. That smug expression makes me want to smack her in the face. Hollyoaks isn't known for being realistic but the scenes with teachers in them just make me cringe.

Mrs S does seem awful but I hope like Simone she'll improve. Why can't she save the nastiness for the likes of Zack, Tom and Nico (and Kyle, though I hesitate to condone abuse of the elderly)

Maybe when she settles in and we learn about her backstory etc, she'll become a good character. Wouldn't be the first time a character came into the show who was hated and then ended up being one of the few good characters, i.e Grace, Simone, S'avage.
I'm hoping this is going to be the case with Mrs St Claire.
