I've been looking back over last year's series and realised that I think Daniel is my favourite candidate of all time.
I just loved seeing his journey, from him saying he wouldn't wear the camera jumper in public (week 2), to the hot tub drama, to him uniting his team as project manager and then falling out with them again over the skeleton, to him almost making the final - out of all the series I've watched he definitely stands out as the most memorable. Plus I loved seeing his relationship with Lord Sugar in the boardroom in the many times they met

I remember his feud with Mark and I'm sorry to disappoint the OP but I was very definitely team Mark on that one.

Daniel's definitely one of the more memorable Apprentice candidates though and I agree that he did seem to try to learn and improve during the process.

Had to get a giggle out of OP also being called Dan.
